Travel & Tourism Committee
Committee members from throughout the County dedicated to promoting Nogales and Santa Cruz County for the sole purpose of increasing tourism dollars for our local businesses through marketing materials such as visitor guides, maps, billboards, tourism web page linked to the chamber web site, other local chambers and government entities. Cooperating with Arizona Office of Tourism, Arizona Film Commission, and Arizona Department of Commerce to enhance the attributes of our County. Meets the second Thursday of each month at various county locations.

Government Affairs Committee
Committee members dedicated to working with State Redistricting Committee on redistricting Santa Cruz County; educating citizens about the bond election for the Provisional Community College; encouraging federal officials to fund a larger or new port of entry at the Mariposa Port of Entry; supporting the CANAMEX corridor; and encouraging the City of Nogales along with Santa Cruz County officials to actively seek and support alternative electricity options. Meets the second Thursday of each month at the chamber.

Retail Promotions Committee
Committee members focusing on a Membership Appreciation Golf Tournament/Business Expo and October Business Expo with a Small Business Awards luncheon. Major focus is “member to member” shopping and keeping dollars within the community. Yearly facilitated seminars by the Arizona Department of Commerce. Meets the second Tuesday of each month at the chamber.

Membership Services Committee
Focusing on continually upgrading membership services via attending State Chamber of Commerce functions. Along with outside affiliations with organizations such as U.S. Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona Film Commission office, Arizona/Mexico Commission, and the Metropolitan Tucson Convention & Visitor’s Bureau.
